Sunny Sod and Sodding Services has been in business since 2003 previously known as Sunny Sod LLC.  In September, 2014 the business was purchased by Tate and Rachel Elsensohn.  Tate and Rachel came to the Lacombe area in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina destroyed life as they knew it in Chalmette, Louisiana.  They are a wonderful asset to our community and have made St. Tammany Parish their home.  Tate and Rachel bring with them energy, determination and a desire to do excellent work.  Working hand in hand with them our staff is eager to provide an excellent product and efficient service.  Beginning with your initial inquiry to our office and ending with delivery or installation we make every effort to make our customers happy.  Jeri Naquin, our office manager has been with the company since it's inception in February, 2003.  The delivery staff is friendly, professional and easy to work with.  The foreman and installation crew has extensive experience and knowledge and loves to see satisfied customers when their work is complete.    Tate and Rachel are also owners of Mardi Gras Decorators so if you need a float or a prop hit the button below to visit their website!
